Unless you’re new to the real estate world, you probably know who Grant Cardone is. And you’ve probably heard of eXp Realty as well. And today, Grant Cardone announced that he and his wife, Elana, will be joining eXp Realty. Why did Grant Cardone join eXp Realty? It’s more than the stock. It’s more than the split. Like Grant Cardone said, “eXp is a no-brainer!”
So here’s a little bit of backstory: Grant Cardone has been quite active on Clubhouse recently and got connected to the founder and CEO of eXp Realty, Glenn Sanford. They’ve had tons of conversations about real estate investing, entrepreneurship, and of course, the best ways to leverage your time and money.
After fully understanding the eXp model, Grant Cardone said that “eXp is a no-brainer!”
And it is.
